Our adult dog program is designed for owners who are ready to create meaningful, lasting change in their dog’s behavior, confidence, and overall well-being. Whether your dog needs help refining obedience skills or overcoming common challenges, this class provides a supportive, structured path toward a calmer, more connected partnership.
You’ll learn how to effectively practice and reinforce essential training skills at home, turning real-life situations into opportunities for consistency and success. Beyond obedience, we focus on rebuilding trust and strengthening the relationship between you and your dog—helping you communicate clearly and confidently.
A key component of this program is understanding your dog’s emotional world. We guide you in recognizing and supporting nervous system regulation, giving you practical tools to reduce reactivity, improve focus, and promote calm, balanced behavior. By incorporating thoughtful routines around rest and exercise, you’ll better meet your dog’s needs and prevent many common behavioral issues.
In addition to training and behavior, this course introduces foundational concepts from Chinese veterinary medicine, helping you become more aware of subtle signs of imbalance in your dog’s health. You’ll also gain an introduction to homeopathic care, equipping you with natural options to support your dog through minor illness or injury at home.
This program is more than training—it’s a comprehensive approach to helping your dog feel better, behave better, and live more harmoniously with you.
This is a 4-week class that meets for 1 hour each week, focused on skill building.
Skills include:
• Relationship building
• Creating structure
• Impulse control
• Recall
• Enrichment activities such as nose work, scent work
*Impulse control, recall, and enrichment activities usually take the longest to teach.
