Is there a minimum age?
Yes, dogs need to be at least 4 months old and have completed all rounds of puppy vaccinations to ensure the safety of your dog as well as our pack.
Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered?
Yes, by 9 months ideally, but we will try to work with you up to 1 year of age as long as your dog’s behavior is manageable in the pack environment.
What vaccines do you require?
We require the following: Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Parainfluenza), Lepto (can be in DHLPP), and Bordetella. If a vaccine expires past 30 days, we will not be able to accommodate boarding or daycare until updated.
Do I need to keep my dog on flea and tick treatment?
Yes, we require it while attending for the safety of your dog and the pack.
Does my dog need to be house-trained?
For overnight stays, yes. Puppies usually aren’t fully potty-trained until around 6 months, and that’s okay — they’re welcome at daycare in the meantime, and can graduate to staycations once they’re ready.
Can you give my dog medication?
Yes, we can give most medications and some injections. If your dog has more complicated needs, please call us to discuss this. Our manager has a vet tech background and is able to manage many health situations.
Do you offer discounts for multiple dogs?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount for the second or any additional dogs. We also can offer discounts for longer boarding stays so please call us at 940-202-9900 to discuss that further.
What time should I drop my dog off for daycare?
For daycare, all dogs must generally be there by noon. For boarding, all dogs must arrive by noon to allow us to get them good and tired to help the first night jitters. Some more active pups may require being dropped off before 10am to ensure we can get them tired before entering the house in closer quarters for the evening.
